  • After 30 days, files are permanently deleted from our systems and database.

  • If a client requests files during the 30-day period, they will be shared once and then deleted after the retention timeline.

  • Canceled Orders:

    • All files are deleted within 24 hours of cancellation.

    • Dropout 3D retains all copyrights of the work created up to cancellation.

    • Any client copyrights granted before cancellation will be immediately revoked.

3. Copyright & Ownership

  • On successful delivery and full payment, clients receive 100% copyright ownership of the final files.

  • Dropout 3D does not retain any ownership rights after delivery.

  • Clients are free to use, modify, and distribute the work without restrictions.

  • On canceled orders, ownership rights remain solely with Dropout 3D.

4. Data Sharing Policy

  • We maintain a strict no-sharing policy.

  • Your data and files will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties.

  • Information may only be shared if legally required.

5. Data Security

  • All files and personal data are protected with strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Once deleted (after 24 hours for canceled orders or 30 days for completed ones), files are permanently removed and cannot be restored.

6. Cookies

  • Our website may use cookies for analytics and user experience. These do not store personal project-related data. Users can disable cookies via browser settings.

  • Request project files within the 30-day retention window.
