1. Services

Dropout 3D provides creative design services, including but not limited to:

3D Design & Modeling

Motion Graphics
-
Graphic Design
-
Website Design
-
Other related design services
2. Orders & Payments

A project will begin only after an order is placed and the agreed advance or full payment is received.

Payments must be made through our approved payment methods (Razorpay, bank transfer, or other agreed channels).

Final deliverables will only be shared after full payment is received.
3. Delivery & File Storage

Final files will be delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, or other secure methods.

Files will be stored securely for 30 days after delivery for revision purposes.

After 30 days, files will be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested by the client.
4. Copyright & Ownership

After full payment and delivery, all copyrights of the final work are transferred to the client.

Dropout 3D will not claim any ownership or usage rights after delivery.

If an order is cancelled before completion, Dropout 3D retains full ownership of any work created, and the client’s rights will be revoked.
5. Revisions

Revisions are provided as per the project agreement.

Extra revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.
6. Refunds & Cancellations

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
