Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable to services that have not yet been started or delivered.

  • For digital render services or downloads, refunds will not be issued once the final files have been delivered.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@dropout3d.com within 3 days of your purchase.

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom render packages or services that require manual work

  • Renders already delivered or started

  • Any services purchased during promotions or sales
