Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to services that have not yet been started or delivered.

For digital render services or downloads, refunds will not be issued once the final files have been delivered.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

Email us at support@dropout3d.com within 3 days of your purchase.

Include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items

Custom render packages or services that require manual work

Renders already delivered or started
